  Did not need them. They were prompt in answering my calls both to schedule and then to cancel as my fridge recovered on its own.

  When I called Rutan Refrigeration and told them that I needed their help ASAP, they sent technician very soon after my call. Scott did an excellent job. He went above and beyond to meet all our needs. He was very helpful and we appreciate all the work that he did for us. I will recommend this company to everyone.

  The technician was nice and did a good job. The customer service on the phone I felt was lacking however. Our service was cancelled several times and rescheduled. We were given window of 8 am to noon for the technician. When I called at noon, the customer service agent seemed disturbed that I was calling to inquire on the time frame the technician would arrive - after already waiting 4 hours. I was told he was attending to two customers before me still. I asked that the technician call when he was on his way to me - which he did not do. I can understand delays, but the lack of communication and the attitude that customers should spent valuable time waiting while on vacation for a technician and should not disturb the customer service agent with a phone call or inquiry I think is unacceptable and rude.
