  They were very professional from the sales rep to the technicians. They also were very knowledgeable And courteous. They fixed up a mess of wiring that a previous company had left on the house and made it look so much better. They also installed another return for better airflow and then replaced the old one with a much better looking one and fixed the mess the previous company had left around it and the trim around the attic. My hallway ceiling looks so much nicer ! They went beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this company. My airflow is much stronger now and warmer. Thank you Russell’s for being here and hiring such great employees !!

  We needed a new water heater and HVAC system all at the same time. David came out and discussed all of our options and we decided to go with a tankless system. It also needed to be relocated from the attic to a place that wouldn't destroy the interior if it had a failure. We received a quick quote measurements were done and we were told two Crews would be there Thursday morning. The quote was provided on Tuesday. Thursday bright and early they all arrived and got right to work. All of the work was done perfectly. Our water pressure is better now and the heating is wonderful. Great job from a great bunch of guys I highly recommend Russell's to anyone who needs their services.
