  Russell was persistent in trying to figure out a vexing problem with our central A/c compressor. I appreciated the effort, though he was kind of like a bull in a china shop. And, bottom line, $500 later, he never figured out the problem. Though he did replace out thermostat and stopped the air handler from rattling. We called Phoenix and they figured out the problem right away. Two stars for effort, but three knocked off for never getting the problem solved.

  I contacted Russell Heating and Cooling regarding swapping out the equipment in my home. Russell is a one man shop and unfortunately the project was outside of his scope. Despite that, Russell spent over 45 minutes with me on the phone describing the details of various types of systems I was considering. He seems to be extremely knowledgeable and professional and I would have given him my business in a heartbeat.
