  Russ called back when others simply didn’t. Was prompt and very clear in explaining the issues and fixing it. I felt completely satisfied that I was gettting an honest assessment whereas with other companies I’ve had to get second opinions at times. My son used them too and nothing but good things to say about professionalism and quality of work. They are maintaining a 5.0 gpa, that’s very hard to do unless you’re in that upper tier quality service provider.

  Jim serviced our A/C unit. Super nice. Great worker. Explained things well. Oh ur A/C is performing much better. Reasonable price too. $200 to clean everything out, fix our pressures and replace our freon.

  RussCo has done 2 commercial projects for us in the last year, and we are very happy. Bill is extremely responsive and knowledgeable, friendly, and if you have an issue he will take care of it without question. It’s hard to find reputable HVAC contractors in NWI, and we will be using them for any future projects!
