This company price gouge’s, I have seen my electric service go from 100 dollars to 600 dollars and it’s only me, I have a friend that lives in the lake murvual area there bill is expensive as well, rusk county co/op found an old bill from over 15 years ago and told her that they were adding the bill to her boyfriends account since she lived in the property and if it wasn’t paid service would be disconnected, so a group as been formed and we all have filed complaints with the state of Texas regarding the way this company operates, thank god for recording devices

I must rush to keep up with your accomplishments. This is my third card/letter of gratitude to be sent to the Lineman of Rusk County Elec Co-op. The power went out yesterday about 8:30a, forecasted to be up at 1p. On at 11:15. Then there was the WINTER CATASTROPHE but power in Mt. Enterprise stayed on THE WHOLE TIME - no small feat - but you triumphed again. The humble lady who answered the phone responded to my comment with, "we were just lucky'. I said 'it's not luck when it's a pattern." Y'all are the best. Thank you for your faithful service that reaches the small hamlet of Mt. Enterprise.

The linemen and operations personnel are some of the best and awesome people and neighbors: however, whether it be by phone, the drive-thru, or in- person: there is a growing number within customer support who knowingly, or inadvertently project an unflattering opinion more regularly, than not in my experiences. Customers who have been dressed-down, or felt the attitude percolating, first hand dread having to attend to anything out there. Handing out refusals, and carte Blanche inconveniences upon some of the same customers- for years is known to occur. Not sure that any of these sweethearts really cares ; but, a new resident here - and customer of theirs- tells of “a mixed bag of attitudes.”. Perhaps it comes from a old, small town hierarchy wherein people who had gotten jobs there seem to have identified it with status. Perhaps that hasn’t changed. But, It is unfortunate to live in a place you love; but grieve your old utility choices and the customer service you received. They’d accommodate people. They appreciated people . Not waiting to pounce the rest of the life outta those experiencing a downturn . Here, it seems made for sadists with delusions of hammering a code of perfection into their subjects it seems
