  I bought my stove from this business about 6 years ago. They are very friendly and fast to respond to questions. I have drove over 80 miles, just to deal with them. Other dealers.....after my purchase and needed help.....don't even want to help me out with parts or service, just due to the fact that I did not purchase off of them. The reason I didn't purchase off someone local, was because their prices were not even with 20% of Rural. That make a difference, in my book! Rural Energy staff is so friendly, and they treat you the same, whether you bought from them or not. When I went to pick up my unit, there were customers in there, that bought their units elsewhere, and they (Rural) treated them with the same respect as if they bought the stove from them. I am now in process of buying another stove, and I will be making the trip to Rural Energy again!!!!! Along with a couple of friends that are purchasing as well. If your up in the air who to buy from.......dont hesitate to give this business your business!!!! They will take care of you!
