Had a water heater installed by these guys along with some duct work.  They did a great job and were polite and respectful.  Price they quoted was very competitive.  I highly recommend them.

I had a really great experience getting my new furnace installed. In the end it took longer than anyone anticipated due to older duct work and a very small space to work in but I couldn't be more pleased with my new High Efficiency Rudd furnace! What a night and day difference! Thank you!

I woke up to cold air coming from my unit so I reset my gas furnace and went to work. While at work I was monitoring the heat through my ecobee app and found the house was not heating up. I called and left a voicemail and received a call back within the hour.  They talked me through my concerns and agreed to squeeze me in that same day between 4-5. I went home early to check it out before they arrived and found that my house was warmed up and it was my app that was not working. Andrew had texted me earlier so I let him know I no longer needed assistance.

At 2:30 am the following day I woke up to my furnace blowing cold air again. I texted Andrew again while working on my unit around 7:30 am and he responded within the hour. I cleaned the flame sensor and everything was as good as new. Even though they did not need to come out, I appreciated the prompt response and the feedback regarding what may be wrong with my unit.

Excellent service! The HVAC system in this house was in a very tight area. Running Right is the only company that really cared about my HVAC issues and they really put forth the extra mile to get it done right. They actually put some thought and designing to get the drain hose/box working correctly on the AC. They corrected an issue with the placement of the filter on the furnace(no other company ever suggested this). This saved me from replacing the furnace. They have also replaced the water heater at a moments notice. I’ve worked with several HVAV companies over the years and this company is by far the best!

Rude,liars and incompetent.  The receptionist, Andrew is confrontational and argumentative. I will never use these clowns again.

They did a great job on my furnace and air conditioner.  Super easy process, good communication and everything was done as stated.  Highly recommend.

Was not impressed with there service tech that left cigarettes butts in my yard and wanting to use my bathroom.
Had to call them back out to the house later that day because the AC stopped working. I had the owner get out rate with me an yelling an screaming at me...
Will not do business with them ever again..

Very quick and professional. I had a new water heater installed and was very happy with the service.
