  I would not recommend doing business with this company ever. Three days ago I got an excellent bid from the owner to install a 4 ton Rheem split unit. The unit was supposed to be installed tomorrow, which is Tuesday, July 31. Earlier today I got a message from the owner of the company which was.... This is Rudy the ac guy. Due to some schedule changes we are not able to fit you in. It would be in your best interest to accept a different bid on the ac and heat install at that rent house in Palestine. I apologize for any inconvenience. I asked for an explanation twice but no one was given. Not even a suggestion that the unit could be installed at a later date.
