We have been using RS Gregory for over 20 years. Steve has installed and maintained our heating and air conditioner units in addition to our hot water unit. Steve is very honest and does a great job. They are a top notch company which we will continue to use whenever we need service.

I would not recommend Gregory HVAC due to a pattern of poor customer service and poor workmanship. For full disclosure, we eventually received our money back. I called Gregory HVAC to transfer a furnace warranty to my name after purchasing a home. The gentleman who answered the phone was rude and barked at me when I explained why I was calling. Afted looking up my account and seeing that my AC unit is old, he changed his tone entirely and suggested i schedule a tune up. A few months later, the man arrived and said our AC worked well but needed a new capacitor. He did not clean the unit as described on their website under tune up, but installed a new capacitor. A few days later, the AC unit stopped working. After having another company take a look (through our home warranty), they found that the wrong capacitor was installed and it blew the motor for our fan. The Gregory HVAC tech insisted he wouldnt do that because hes in the business for so long. After explaining that we had an invoice from the other company, he returned and replaced a few parts, installed and connected those parts incorrectly, and left telling us to call our home warranty company. The contractor hired by our home warranty company returned and properly connected the correct parts and the unit works fine as before. When we requested our money back from Gregory HVAC, the tech told us we needed to talk to someone else, but we weren't given the information to reach that person. We sent an email also. Weeks later, we finally reached another person on the phone and received a check in the mail.

Steve and his team did an amazing job! They fixed our HVAC, replaced the coil (and fought for us to get the warranty applied), installed a new return grill as well as a new water heater. Very pleasant and on time. Great experience, not your typical “sales man”.
