  My 74 yr old mothers AC wasn't functioning right and we called this company. They showed up with 2 guys walked around checking I don't know what put some freon in the unit that was barely low and stated everything is ok with the unit, we aren't sure why it's blowing cold out a couple vents and hot out the other vents. Needless to say they charged labor rate of 2 guys for a one man job. So, we paid someone else to check out the duct work which was just fine and it was just old duct work left by last repairmen on the ground. So, we called back and told the company owner we would like someone else to come repair this AC issue and was basically told they are to busy and have done everything they can do. Well low and behold we had another company come over and within minutes they found the relay switch is bad and it was running the heat and ac at the same time. I guess a REAL AC pro had to come figure it out cause RP Bowers couldn't figure the issues out. Wouldn't recommend this company for my dog house heating and AC issues!! Definitely don't know how to treat customers!!
