All aspects of dealing with Royal Plumbing were outstanding. Lauren was very professional & scheduled the appointment within 2 days. She reconfirmed the appointment & called after the repair was completed to make sure all went well. The technician called prior to the scheduled time asking if he could arrive earlier than scheduled & did. The repair was completed quickly & Khalid knew exactly how to fix the issue. Overall wonderful customer service experience!

I had my laundry utility faucet repaired by Royal Plumbing. They were assigned by American Home Shield. I would say Trevon was very courteous, responsive and on time. The faucet was leaking and needed to be replaced but due to the unavailability of the part, it got postponed for a couple of days. However, the part arrived and it was replaced promptly. Lauren from Customer service was also very nice, she took note of my concern and followed up accordingly regarding the scheduling of the repair asap. Got a follow up call as well to check up on the post repair work. I will definitely consider them for my future work need and recommend to my friends & family.

This is the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumbing company. They’re prompt, professional and attentive to the customer. I must’ve called the receptionist at least (5) times (I had a home warranty job) and she was courteous, and very helpful with my problem.
As I stated this was a warranty service claim, which they wanted to send a different company that I’ve had in the past and were awful. I requested a different company and boy was that a good idea! Highly recommend this company.

Lauren the Dispatcher is awesome... pleasant, caring, empathetic, and informative. Kept me in the loop every step of the way. The technicians Cory and the gentleman working with Cory were great as well. The install was quick, they were very very professional and pleasant and genuinely nice guys. Thanks to all involved in the process.

Lacks common sense and the ability to see or, is a shill for the home warranty company.  I have a leak in my ceiling from the upstairs bathroom.  It's not accessible from the access panel for the bathroom and can only be detected once their is water damage to the ceiling.  It can only be accessed to be diagnosed and repaired by cutting the ceiling.  This company reported to the home warranty company that this leak was detectable upon ordinary visual inspection.  It's unequivocally not; home inspection, photos, and common sense all agree.  But I appreciate their 'candor' because they've earned this review, ensured I will never give them my business, and tipped me off to canceling the home warranty since the warranty has proven unable to abide by the terms of their own contract.

In addition, the technician had a difficult time wearing his mask properly and it was repeatedly under his nose or pulled down completely.

Royal Plumbing came to my rescue! My appt was made promptly then a text msg was sent BEFORE my service provider Khalil arrived along with a follow-up text immediately after the repairs. Khalil was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. My repairs were fixed the same day with no hassle! Thank you, Royal Plumbing!

I had a wonderful experience with Shakia in the customer service department. Our hot water heater broke and we were going through our home warranty company for the repair. Shakia kept us informed every step of the way and even reached out to the home warranty company several times on our behalf. She was extremely professional and helpful!! Cory was at our home for the original service call and was reliable, knowledgeable, and also professional. I would highly recommend Royal Plumbing and will be using them again if needed!

This company is a day time robber. They charged me $540 even my water heater was covered by American Home Shield Insurance. They called it modification even installation was covered. Four parts they installed, one of them wasn’t necessary (Flue pipe) They can easily reuse the old one. They charged for gas line $135 (less than $5 at local hardware store) $135 for Flue pipe (less than $10 from local hardware store) and $270 for two soft water line connectors (not more than $60 at local hardware store). They did it because they can and I wanted my water heater fixed asap. No ethics. I already reported to AHS insurance company and I am going contact attorney general’s office for this price gouging.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Gives different diagnoses for the same issues each visit. Technician Cory is very SPICY and has and attitude and cuts you off when you’re trying to speak. Gives the run around and not upfront about prices, modifications, or anything. Don’t recommend especially if you’re going through your home warranty company. A waste of time! Use at your own risk!

I had my sink installed by Royal Plumbing. This sink fell within 24 hours of the installation. Upon returning to "re-install it." The technician shared that they didn't use brackets upon his managers instruction...When I attempted to reach the manager, he attempted to have someone who scheduled the appointments talk to me. When I finally got the "Manager Nate on the phone, he first shared that the brackets were installed previously, I then shared that the technician Trevon, who was in my house told me he never installed the brackets. Nate then told me brackets couldn't be installed, and that his technician was leaving
immediately...When I objected stating that the sink was on the floor in the kitchen, Nate stated "He couldn't care less" and "that didn't matter to him at all...through it all Trevon attempted to remain professional, the service I received and the managers attitude were both completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
