  I was seen by chris warner who was supposed to order a new blower wheel for my system. He kept telling me it's in backorder and here it is a year and 6 months later and I'm still without cooling for downstairs.secondly he wont contact me back nor answers my messages.

  Our heat went out in the middle of the night last week and the next morning our hot water tank went out as well. We found Royal Heating and Cooling and gave them a call. About 30min later a technician was at our house and got right to work. He very politely introduced himself as Chris, he was very professional and used shoe covers and everything, every time he spoke with me he always referred to me as ma'am and he laid down throws and runs of clean carpet to keep my floors clean. He diagnosed our furnace with having a bad control board and too little cold air return. He quoted us to fix it and quoted us to replace it, with the age of the furnace being almost 19yrs old, we decided to replace. He upgraded us to a high efficiency furnace that's more energy efficient and did an phenomenal job. it's very neat and clean and he added cold air return to our house in the livingroom floor in a very convenient place and its warmer and more comfortable then ever now! He also quoted us a new hot water tank and converted it from electric to gas for us to save even more money every month on our electric bill. Our water is hotter than ever. Once he gave us our quotes and we decided what to do, which I want to add he was very helpful, not pushy at all, no matter how many questions we asked or how many times we asked him the same question he never lost patience with us and was very knowledgeable and helpful in our decision making. He was back about an hour later and had our hot water tank installed in less than 2 hours and was back at 8am sharp the very next morning with our furnace and had us heat by 2pm. He even brought us mini space heaters to keep us warm throughout the night when he came back to install our hot water tank until he could get back the next morning with our new furnace. That's being treated like royalty, I never imagined a heating service repair company caring so much about the people they do work for. The new hot water tank looks so neat and clean we just can't believe it! When they say they treat you like royalty, they aren't blowing smoke, they really do. He made us feel as if we were best friends and we were the only customers he would deal with. Bottom line, Chris and Royal Heating and Cooling are just AMAZING! To anyone needing any heating and cooling work or have problems with your hot water tank, give them a call, you wont regret it at all. By the way, I hope they don't mind me telling everyone but upgrading us to a new high efficiency furnace and changing our hot water from electric to gas, the whole bill was under $3500! He knew we had a very tight budget with medical bills coming in here lately and he really came through for us. Thank you so much Chris and Royal Heating and Cooling! You are the best and the most honest in my book! We will be customers for life!
