  Royal Blue Hill Heat and Air came out on a Saturday when we had snow still on the roads. They were professional, fast, and quick to identify and fix our heater. He explained everything that was happening and what was needed to fix it. He fixed the heater within 30 minutes including replacing the part that was needed. Highly recommend Royal Blue Hill Heat and Air.

  I can not recommend Royal Blue Hill highly enough. Isom came out, right away, on SuperBowl Sunday. He assessed the condition of the HVAC system and made a temporary repair. The next morning, two gentlemen arrived to replace the furnace. The work was as excellent as the people are. You can’t go wrong with Royal Blue Hill.

  I met Mr. Hill from when he had my new furnace installed last year. This time, the furnace was randomly turning itself off and letting the house get cold, only to randomly come back on hours later. Mr. Hill quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Perfect! Update: After I received this service from Mr. Hill, the problem quickly returned. I called and left a message, but never heard back. Now that it has gotten really cold, the problem returned. The temperature got down to 65 in the house for an hour or two, only to start again. This is exactly what was happening the last time I called. Additionally, he had replaced my furnace, but his coworker set it up in such a manner that replacing the filter or even opening up the firnace is very difficult. The filter wasn't even held in place by anything, just set on top of a hole.This coworker also did not replace the coils on the side of the furnace, which led to my AC to break down. Mr. Hill seems nice as a person, but as a heat/ac guy he failed me.

  Rebecca thanks so much for this review! We really appreciate you being a customer since 2018 when we installed your system. Regular maintenance or our Gold Maintenance Plan (fall/spring) will prevent small problems from becoming big problems and lower the cost of annual tune ups. Rebecca I’m just now personally reading this at 4am. You can always reach me at 1 (918) 982-5952 directly I was unaware of a second call, so I am changing my service hour online (24hr) and I will be taking over the main phone line for a while to see if we are missing any other calls.
