  A Goodhue-area friend recommended this place to me. I had no complaints up until some work they did went bad within one month (within the warranty period). Roy N Al's response was to say, 1) there is no problem, and 2) I probably am driving my car wrong. So I took my car to a different mechanic who immediately recognized the problem and said, "Any mechanic worth anything can see what's wrong here. The mechanics who said there is no problem are either stupid, or they don't want to own their mistake." The problem is now fixed--thanks to my new mechanic. Roy told me not to post a review but to instead keep coming to them to discuss the problem--as I did for almost an entire year. The reason Roy said "Don't post a review" is that I had posted an earlier review--which Roy printed out, threw in my face, and angrily yelled at me...like some kind of a child throwing a tantrum. He did this to me, a customer who gave their business about $3,000 for faulty work. I'm not sure who he thinks he is. This review will stay posted so long as I am this side of the grave. Truth is important.
