  FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!!! One thing is for sure you will get absolutely horrible service with a smile, they might even turn your home to a pile of ash. And the second that you write them a check they will disappear never to be heard of again They will not return phone calls they will not return emails and they will not come out and fix all the damages that they caused. Absolutely terrible company. I never leave reviews but in a situation like this I pray that someone else doesn’t have to experience what I did. $8000 System and thousands in repairs and $2500 to pay a certified carrier company to fix there install. Pictured are kitchen knives I bought in Germany with my father they took out of my kitchen and used in the attic.

  Riley family so sorry to hear your experience was so below your expectations. Looks like your install was back in January but I don't see any more visits or notes regarding what all happened. Please call the office if we can attempt to make this a better experience.

  I enter a contract on 11 July 2021, to have my old air condition 2ea and duct work removed and reinstalled with new ones. AFTER completing the job my house is not cooling. I was told to leave them on 70 degrees and the house is still not cooling. On day 2 after arriving home from work my ceiling was leaking water from several place, I'm luck I came straight home if not whatever was leaking out of that a/c would have destroyed my $2500.00 rugs. Throughout the house there are black spots in my carpet upstairs and downstairs. I've called the company several of times spoken with managers and others to be told it will be fix next week and when next week comes another excuses is given. I've tried for the last time today, I've spoken with John, the GM. The cost of the removal and install was $30,000.00. If this is how they treat me with 30K, I can only image if you spent less. If you are looking to have any a/c work done please do not use Royal Air Air Conditioning & Heating..

Upon recommendations of the plumber, we would like to remind you as a home owner, to please have a plumber completely blow out your drain lines, at least once a year or every other year.   Royal Air have been incredibly helpful over the years. We initially used their services when we needed to replace both of our air-conditioners and furnaces - which of course broke down in the middle of July! We had two new units installed two days later. Since then they have been making regular service calls as part of our warranty. Good service all the time.
