We recently (1/13/2022) replaced our forced air unit heater and evaporator coil box, along with part of the ducting in the attic. Rowland came right on schedule. Everyone on the crew were hard working, very nice and friendly. They got everything done in the estimated time. Everything was cleaned up before they left. All in all, completely professional. Communication before, during and after the install, all top notch. I recommend them without hesitation.

My air conditioner went down during a recent hot spell. I knew to call Rowland Air having received excellent service from them in the past. The technician not only arrived early but had the problem diagnosed and repaired while educating me, as I requested, in no time. I recommend Rowland Air strongly from the front office who handles my calls to every technician I’ve had contact with so far. The owners of this company are doing something right here and have earned my business!

I am ver happy with Rowland Air, Inc. They had previously installed a new AC/Heating system at my mother’s house and it works perfectly. Today they performed a complete tune up of my AC and installed a new thermostat. The gentleman, Jesus, did a great job explaining various tasks needed to be done and completed the job in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and a true professional. I am grateful for the services he and Rowland performed.
