  Rouse was very responsive to our needs. Heat exchange went out on our unit. Came out same day to inspect during sleet. Returned next day to replace entire unit in snow and freezing temperatures. Professional staff. Answered all questions and did great work. The speed and response to our needs was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend their services!

  Called to have my heating system fixed and was told it was a $87 service call, which was fine because my heat wasn't working and it needed service. They showed up on time and did the work in less than an hour. It was a capacitor that the fan motor needed. When I received the bill it was $40 for the Capacitor and another $97 for labor. The technician stated anytime they had to take anything a part, there would be a labor fee also. So really it was a little less than $200 for a service call. Seems a bit of a racquet in fees. They did show up on time and were very professional I will say though. Just feel like was being taken advantage of in fees, since it took less than a hour, and had already agreed on the service fee. Not sure why the statement,if they have to take anything apart, there is a labor fee, something has to be taken apart to fix the problem. Just be aware of the total fees upfront, and don't be tricked by service fee. Update Rouse called and apologized for the misunderstanding in fees and made it right. It was great that a company is concerned about there image, hopefully fees will always be upfront with charges. They were always professional and responsive to service.

  We just had Rouse replace an old heat and air system for my mother. From start to finish they were just great. Not only did they provide great service and a great product, they did it a great price. Excellent company!
