Roupe came over to install our new dishwasher that we bought just after we moved into our house. He was very friendly and when the connector we bought from Lowe's didn't work, he went to the truck and changed it out with a spare he had. I had two other small issues with aerators that were clogged and a bathroom toilet that wouldn't stop filling. He promptly came out within an hour and fixed that for us. Never once did he have a bad attitude and he was happy to explain everything he did.
