Stay away from this company! Had Bill Rounds Heating attempt to service my boiler. It was shutting off several times a week.They did not fix the issue, but they did send me several bills. I paid the 1st bill. Then I was laid off. they hounded me every week for payment of the 2nd bill. I told them i was laid off and that I could pay them in February. Well that was not good enough. They came to my property when I was not home. THEY REMOVED THE TRANSFORMER FROM MY BOILER! The old 1 worked fine mind you. They left my house with no boiler, and no transformer. The house started to freeze up as it was 10 degrees last night! I have a 7 year old child. We were horrified to come home to a iced up home with no way to heat it back up. All over a $200 bill which I had made arrangements to pay in a week. Avoid this horrible business at all costs!!!
