  Roth was great! They were quick with getting people out to give estimates for our heat pump and water heater issues. Sadly, both of our items had to be replaced. Garth was awesome at helping get the correct equipment ordered for our new heat pump system. The crew showed up and had a full system installed with two pumps and new heads (5 total) in two days! They were professional and did not leave any mess. Will Adams came out to install our water heater… he wasn’t the original person who gave the bid. Very nice and stood by the original quote. We now have a new water heater that was moved from inside our house, to the garage. Thank you! We now just have one small patch job to complete. Great experience and they always call ahead!

  We can’t express our gratitude enough for the professional and rapid maintenance-to-assessment-to-installation process we just experienced with Roth Heating and Cooling. From routine maintenance visit to finished installation was just over two weeks. As part of the service club, Noah inspected our 31 year old equipment and gave us the story straight. He wasn’t pushy to get us to buy anything and upon my request had someone out to see us at our earliest available time. Garth came to visit, and like Noah, was professional and sought to give us the best of what they offer at levels we were comfortable with. Garth presented discount options where available instead of hiding them until I asked, and designed a custom good-better-best package option for us to select from. I’ve received quality follow up and customer care from both Garth and our project liaison Abby throughout the process. Professionalism at every touch point. Today was our install, and it could not have gone any better. We saw at least six different people throughout the day dropping off, picking up, checking in, and installing. It was a well-oiled machine! Josh, Garon, and William represented Roth and themselves to the highest of standards, installing a new furnace, AC, and water heater all in a single day. They were respectful of our home, of us, and of the company policies. The install is beautiful and we cannot believe the difference in comfort, control, and aesthetics of our new system. They literally went around the house picking up every piece of debris from the job and made sure all our questions were answered before leaving. Our AC was practically on life support and now we will have peace of mind for years to come. Great crew, great company, quality products, and they delivered on every promise. Thank you!

  Roth was great. They had the manpower during the winter to come to my place in two days and full on replace my gas furnace. The two installers, Josh and William, we’re young, confident and worked well together, I thought anyway. They were courteous, good natured and clean. I had no problem living with them for the duration of the install. I totally recommend Roth. I’m glad they are as good as they say they are. I will sleep much better knowing I’ve got a clean safe burner in my basement. Kitty kitty kitty kitty kitty kitty kitty kitty kitty kitty
