  Something has changed with this company, they used to be good and reliable. No longer. I called them in an emergency situation... My phone call wasn't even returned. I had been a regular customer for several years with seasonal tune ups and repair work... nothing. Recently I gave them another try for an estimate for a new system and some repair work, I called THREE times trying to get a copy of their estimate, AGAIN, they won't even return my call. I hope you have better luck.

  Do not count on help from Rosenbaum air conditioning! ! They left my parents hanging since June! ! They dropped the ball and showed no concern for two ailing older people thru one of the hottest summers and shame on him and them!! My dad went through two major surgeries and a very sick mother were left with no concern from them...sooooo disappointed!

  I've tried for 3 days to call, several times daily, goes to a cell phone mailbox that is full, no way to leave a message. Perhaps they should bring the lady back to the office to handle scheduling.
