  Whenever we've had an electric issue, Roseau REA has ALWAYS done a FABULOUS job. Now with their new Internet service coming during these uncertain times, I am pretty sure they will be working hard once mother nature cooperates. We will have to practice patience. And try not to grumble too much when our yard is torn up or the price isn't to our liking. It's our choice to hook it up or not.

  Our power went out last Saturday. When I called, the people taking my call were helpful and friendly. Linemen arrived in a short time even though it was a Saturday. I was able to meet them when they arrived and they were professional about asking where they could drive their service truck to get access to the pole and make the repair. Completing the repair did not take long. The kids were in the house but still able to enjoy seeing the big truck. From the phone call to the completed repair we could not expect anything better - great job and thank you!

  Showed up to repair a power pole behind our house after wind damage that left us without power. We did eventually give us back power but in the process destroyed my lawn and left Ruts everywhere from the front, side and back of my property, I was expecting them to at least come back and smooth it over or try fill it in which they never did. It appears they are leaving this up to me and I am not happy.
