Highly recommend Roper's Heating & Air Service. Their staff are great and return emails and calls quickly. They stay in touch each step of the way so you always know what to expect. Their work is excellent, they are on time and in budget. Their prices are some of the best we found and are very fair. When we had an unexpected emergency, they worked us in and really helped us out. They exceed all expectations and we are so thankful we found them.

Roper’s installed an HVAC system in our house a couple years ago and have not had any issues at all. At work we had a problem with A/C and they had someone out within 2 hours! They also do duct cleaning service which purify’s the air and makes your system more efficient! Great people and great service!

Technician came out to check on HVAC and charged for service call.  Did nothing to fix the problem.  He said he would get back with us after contacting the manufacturer, but never did.  Nothing was resolved.

Sorry to hear you're not satisfied with our service. Our records show your system was running to factory spec when the technician checked the operation of the system (hard to fix issue with no problems found).Also, your location is 24 minuets from our office. With fuel and hourly rate of the technician, who checked your system, our 60 dollar trip charge with no extra charges we feel that covered our overhead with no profit. We would be happy to refund our trip charge. Customer service is our #1 priority and a 1 star review does not reflect our services we provide on a daily bases for all of our customers.
