  The process of getting central air during the middle of the summer is not the easiest, but Roots Heating and Cooling has went above and beyond to make everything smooth. From Rita who always answers the phone with a smile on her face, as you can hear it radiate through the phone, the estimator who it was we were his 1st quote, but showed confidence and politeness, to John the best installer there is. I can't say good enough things about this company or the experience I have had with them. Even after getting hurt, John came back to make sure the job was finished, dedicated workers like him don't come often these days. I would recommend Roots and the staff there to anyone.

  My husband and I purchased a furnace, central air, hot water on demand and a humidifier from Lowe's. Root's Heating and Cooling is the company that was subcontracted to install all of these. Root's was here for 3 days installing them and then my husband and I went on vacation for 2 weeks and Root's worked around our schedule. They came back for 1 day to install the humidifier (which was a last minute purchase). At one point or another we had Jake, Norm, Brett, Adam and Bryan at our home. Every one of them were very nice and answered any questions that we had. They did a wonderful job, they were scheduled to be here for a week and it only took them 3 days. The secretary at Root's kept us informed of when they would come to our house. She had great customer service we were very pleased with her. Thank you to all of you for your help and kindness.

  Had these guy install a furnace for us. After a few days of installing they finally got it done. When they left I had to clean up where they walked on my floors with their wet muddy shoes on. I also had to clean up there wiring mess leftover from installing the furnace and the thermostat. Leftover tin metal and screws also had to be cleaned. The installation also looks unprofessional but I'm just a remoder so what do I know. Took 6 months to come back and finalize the furnace. Once they left we smelt gas. Called them back and found a plug in the line that wasn't even tight. I usually do this work myself and this is why. Go elsewhere for your furnace needs. Steer clear of these ameatures. Nice bunch of guys, just shouldn't be working on furnaces.
