  Had Roots out to fix my old furnace. Very polite and knowledgeable. Fixed it pretty quick and the rate they charged was fair. (A drain line was plugged so he just had to clean it out) I also had them out when I bought my house last year because my inspector told me to replace the furnace, since it's old. Roots inspected it and told me it was in great shape and there was no need to replace it. I really appreciate that kind of honesty.

  This was definitely the year to get the AC connected and installed correctly. Having called several other installers and them being no shows and no call backs I called tried Roots. The receptionist was courteous while scheduling a date for an estimate. The estimate was done quickly and without hassle and at a price that I believe was well worth it. Install was challenging as they had to move around a very narrow space to install the lines, but it was done quickly and professionally. Close to 6 weeks later there was an issue with the collant and Roots responded the same day and completed it under warranty. Thank you for your professionalism.

  Very professional and courteous. They did a great job replacing our ancient furnace with a hi-efficiency model. Cleaned everything up when they were done.
