AC had gone out last week or so. This company had installed the unit and was actually prompt to getting out here. It had taken about 45 minutes but the unit was blowing cold. The cost was $359. A few day later the AC went out again, they came out and fixed it again with no charge (it took about 10 minutes and seemed they were more concerned with beating the rain). Well low and behold the AC went out again and we were told by this office there would be a charge for them to come out again. A CHARGE for services that should have been fixed the first time they had come out. Needless to say we will no longer be using Ron Nichols AC business again.
