  We had a new dual system for our furnace and hot water installed. Our sales rep, Sean, was amazing. Very responsive, professional, and knowledgable. Our installers, Ethan and Brian, were also amazing. They were quick, efficient, and professional. I've already recomended Rowland J Downs to family and friends.

  We had a new furnace put in ,and your install crew, Nick and Ryan R, did a very professional job. Answered all questions and gave instructions on what they were doing and how the new system works. Very good employees..!!!
