  This is a hard review, on one hand our technician was amazing. He was polite and friendly. He ordered parts for what he thought was the problem which ended up not working. We got the issue fixed with the help of our father in law. So we were told we would get a refund and just charged for the two visits. It’s now been eight weeks and multiple calls with no refund, and no follow up calls. Just keep on getting the “yeah we will have someone call you” and nothing happens.

  I'm Sorry that you have not recieved your refund but a check was mailed out to you. If it does not arrive soon we will cancel it and issue a new check.

  We had Geothermal heating/cooling installed. We were told the work would be done in 2-3 weeks and it took 6 weeks. We spent over a week with no AC in 90 degree temps after being told they would not remove the AC until last minute to avoid that situation. Ultimately we ended up cutting back on other work we had planned to do with the ducts because of the poor communication and planning. We were given an invoice which we paid in full before the due date. 6 months later they decided to take about her $2500 out of our account without contacting us OR sending a bill.

  Charged a $99 dollar service call to tell me I needed a replacement air conditioner because 2 of the 4 parts needed were over $500 plus labor. I ordered all 4 parts from the manufacturer and replaced them myself for less than $140. Probably wanted tho sell a new unit because they make more of that then the parts. Photos ate of my repair before and after. Don't let them scare you or the repair intimidate you from fixing it yourself and save thousands.
