  We have always had such a great experience with Roess Mechanical, from the scheduling staff to the ones who come out to service/repair. They are always incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and on time. I would recommend them to anyone!

  Outdated HVAC system went out at my 81 yo Mom's house. Roess Mechanical's owners and employees were exceptional in communicating with me (I live in another state) and they replaced her unit very quickly and affordably. They were not only professional, they were very kind and thoughtful towards my mother.

  Professional, responsive staff and clear communication from the back-office made for a GREAT experience with Roess Mechanical. Inducer blower motor broke down on our 30+ year-old Clare. Mike came and did initial diagnostic and shortly after, David tracked down and ordered the part of Michigan. Got shipped in 72 hours and installed same day it arrived. This company and the people that comprise it are high-integrity and know the trade. I'll hire them for the re-install once we upgrade for a new furnace.
