  Enzo was fantastic. Full stop. Patient, Knowledgeable, and he got the job done. We have an old boiler for our radiant heat, and knew exactly what do to. I've had other experiences with other companies that were no where near this.

  Hi, Enzo Lazo did some repair work on our AC unit, the pipe. He cut part of the pipe and replaced with new. He did a great job. This company is top notch, always have been. Thank you Enzo.

  We were not having any problems with our AC - it worked perfectly through 90 degree temps in May. We scheduled Rod Miller for a Spring Inspection on June 2nd to make sure everything looked good for the summer. Their tech told us the only thing we needed was to have the drain from our unit unclogged, which we did. He checked the refrigerant, but said none was needed. Within days of this visit, our AC could not maintain the temp set on our thermostat. It was constantly running several degrees warmer than the setting. We called Rod Miller back and explained the problem. They sent a different tech on June 17th who said we had a refrigerant leak and needed diagnostic tests for around $500. When I balked, he had me talk to their office. We settled on having them top off the refrigerant and said we would see what happens. 4 weeks later our AC is running great and the temp stays exactly where the thermostat is sent. Rod Miller's tech had let refrigerant leak out on June 2nd and they charged us $200 on June 17th to refill what they released. I explained this to their office but they refused to take responsibility. Our "spring inspection" ended up costing us an additional $200 beyond the advertised price of $59.95. Would not recommend.
