Paul, the service technician, fixed our issue in minutes. AC back on and blowing cold. Paul is such a great guy and so very helpful and informative. He helped us understand our system and showed us how to protect our investment and keep our family comfortable in the long run. Hope to see Paul again when its time for system seasonal check up!

This is our second time using Rockwall One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. We are very pleased with their services from the time we called to the technician fixing our units. I believe Jeremy did both repairs; he is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We will definitely use them again!
