  From the time that I called with an air conditioning problem until the new unit was installed they were nothing but professional inside and out! The office would always call and let me know they were on their way even though there was a scheduled appointment. The technician was extremely personable and and very knowledgeable on the maintenance he performed. I could be happier with the entire process of changing out the system. I will continue to recommend this company as it has been such a positive experience!

  I called for service and had a repairman here within the hour. He was totally professional and was explaining the issues he found. Made the necessary repairs and advised me of what should be done in the near future. No high pressure sales tactics just good information to allow me to make a decision. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them to my family and friends.

  We had to call Rocket Cooling on a Sunday evening & they had a service man at our home in less than 45 mins. We were so happy to see this man!! We had a leak in the ceiling from the AC unit. They got up in the attic, did what he had to do & was done in no time. We are so appreciative of him for coming so quickly on a Sunday evening & Taking care of the problem. We are a lifetime customer of Rocket Cooling now. We bought our unit from them in 06/20 & are so impressed with every aspect of the install & service. I highly recommend them for all your AC/heating needs.
