  Not to long ago I go there and the same dr forgot to put my orders in for test. Tonight my infant son was being seen by the same dr. The staff said the was busy with a another patient doing something that could take up to 6 hrs. He also didn’t put orders to get a Covid test after seeing my son for him screaming his lungs out in pain that we think needs X-ray of his stomach to make sure he didn’t swallow a small toy of his sisters or something. Which I try to keep up and clean but is impossible. You drs are getting paid to do a job just like anyone else and wasting other peoples time to get paid more is not one of them. What is this hospital like the rest of the bandaid hospitals around me. Let dr come from where ever? Er dr are joke anymore. This was the only hospital that I went to since I was younger unless I had to go somewhere else. This is very sad. I think i will no longer be driving to the hospital 45 minutes from my house to go to it no longer. dr. Iman u can thank him for losing 4 patients and one of which has been going there with Down syndrome and heart condition since she was born and has to go to ER with her getting very sick. The doctors represent this hospital. I’m very displeased with this hospital and I am certainly giving you a bad review. Just like I would Stanford, Danville, and number one somerset. I guess I be going to Lexington cause I love my kids to much to let anything happen to them.

  Took my hubby to the ER for a broken and lacerated thumb. What normally is a terrible experience was different due to an ER nurse named Patience. She was informative, caring, helpful and kind. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She made a three hour stay fly by and took excellent care of my hubby. Doctor Cowan was professional and fast. He told us what he was going to do and he did it with accuracy. Thank you so much for making our visit a positive one. We left with a crooked, stitched thumb and a smile.

  In general a good facility. Have had great experiences and horrible experiences. The phlebotomist here that I saw was not good at all. I've had a lot of blood drawn due to a medical condition and this is the worst experience I've ever had with it. The pediatric division is wonderful though I take my little girl there.
