  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer Service. Yelling at, and being rude to, an elderly person that has been a customer of theirs for decades. Thinking the manager/owner would handle better. He was actually worse. Very Rude and degrading. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

  The guy they have answering the phone is the most rudest and ignorant person I’ve dealt with in business in a long time. I asked two simple questions and got an attitude like I was bothering him never answered me then just hung up. Very unprofessional…if you can find another propane dealer I would don’t give them a dime of your money!

  As I am here waiting for a returned call from the owner. I am going through all the reviews online with how bad the office people are and how the manager/owner is and thought to myself how bad can the company be. I received a call from the manager/owner and right off the bat with an attitude as Sandra did when I first call. I had not even moved into my house when I was searching around for prices on propane since I never had it in my life for a stove. I was give a customer agreement to fill out not even sure if I was going with them. They delivered gas before even moving in and then expected me to pay for the gas. I emailed Paula immediately saying that I wasn’t sure if i was going with them. She never replied. I told her I wasn’t moved in yet and never changed the account to my name. I got an invoice still with this charge on it. Called Sandra answered and explained to her. She immediately has an attitude and I asked her why she stated that she didn’t understand why I didn’t feel I should pay since I used the gas. I explained yet again that I wasn’t moved in nor had an account with them yet. She said she would pass this on to the manger. As all the negative reviews the manager was aggressive, combative and didn’t care if you were a customer or not. I again tried to tell him that I had been a customer that you can’t charge people if they didn’t have an account nor signed a customer agreement. His exact words well I think the best resolution is for you to find another company. WOW really this is how no only the office girls but the owner don’t care if your a customer or not. Seriously to somewhere else not only rude but they are way over priced like a dollar more a gallon. Do yourself a favor dont deal with this toxic place. On the eve of thanksgiving he stated he was coming to get all his equipment. Awful awful place!!!
