  I had serious issues with my gas furnace. Called Robinson’s & tech Bob Webb was out in no time. He was very professional, very knowledgeable & answered all my questions & concerns. He did a very thorough inspection & found cracks in my heat exchanger. I decided to go ahead & purchase a new furnace instead of just changing out the part, the furnace was almost 30 years old. After the new installation was completed by other personnel, I still had questions about the old heat exchanger & wanted to view the cracks more intensely. Bob Webb came back out to my house personally & took some metal plates out & was very happy to show me all the cracks in my old heat exchanger so he could put my mind at ease that I did the right thing. I was amazed & very thankful that he took the extra time to follow up with me & show me everything. Carbon Monoxide is the silent killer & he definitely could of just saved my families lives finding those cracks. I feel he definitely went above & beyond what any other tech would do & I felt compelled to write this review about him. “Bravo Zulu” Job Well Done!!! 😊👍

  I came home from work after hours of course and no heat. I called Robinson Heating and Air and Jason was there within an hour or so. I am very pleased with Jason's service, who fixed my heat quickly and provided an awesome service.
