  I had a great experience renovating my condo 3 years ago. I tend to go overboard when designing. Floyd helped me select reasonably priced kitchen and bathroom items. Going back to them for my renovation in my kitchen (I moved) after getting multiple prices.

  After an initial pleasant in-store visit to receive a quote on cabinetry and countertops, every other interaction with Robertson was awful. Robertson was painfully slow to make any revisions to the quote when items changed. Other retailers did this in minutes whereas Robertson took a week. There was no communication from one sales to rep to another causing a ton of confusion. When we tried to get a small white sample of the cabinet color in order to pick a countertop (from somewhere else), the rep told me that no samples were available and that "white is white" so he didn't understand why we needed sample. Meanwhile, I was in the store staring at 15 different shades of white cabinets. Better off going somewhere else where they actually treat you well for your business.
