  These guys always aim to please at this location. While running service calls and having to order parts on demand is literally just a simple phone to the branch. They get the request done immediately. They have my parts ready for pickup either same day or next day delivery in most cases. Great people!

  Very poor service. If you lock your doors before 4:30, then change your hours of operation. I called and said I would be picking up an item you already had READY for me but I would be cutting it close and your response was, "Well, we have lives so hurry up".... That should have been my first sign. I got there before closing and one of your workers stood at the door from the inside staring at me and pointing to his watch like I am late and I am inconveniencing them... And you didn't let me in to pay because you locked your doors before 4:30. And by the way, I saw that there was a customer inside still shopping... and I know who they were... so because I am not a business owner my money isn't good enough to be waited on BEFORE closing hours. By the way, everyone has lives and some people aren't lucky to be working a comfortable 9-5 job. I hustled over after work since I got off early to try and get my order AND I called ahead to be courteous. I am pretty disgusted with how I was treated. I will be taking my business somewhere else. Thanks for nothing. I had to give a star to post, but obviously no stars are to be given from me.
