  Robertson Heating and A/C Inc. came to my rescue! Fast response from the owner with a detailed diagnosis and he had the best pricing compared to the other quotes I had received. After research and having all my questions answered by Mr. Robertson I decided to purchase a new Ruud system. Robertson had it installed in a few days - plus it was the hottest week so far this summer!! The crew was extremely courteous, patient with my questions and left my home and yard spotless. THANK YOU Robertson for race fast service !

  Very rude when I called for service. The service rep. was angry with me because I called when she was not in the office??? Lol. Like I knew the line rolled over to her cell. “Great service” that’s a fast route for your company to go bankrupt in a small town. This was my first experience and last with this company.

  The lady who answers the phone is so RUDE. I wouldn't have allowed these people to come out even if she did have an opening. It's bad to be rude to a customer calling for service.
