  My furnace was out and it was freezing outside. I called Robert because of his recommendations online and was more than happy. He returned my early morning call immediately and before I expected he was at my house fixing my issue. I've been overcharged by repairmen in the past but I really felt like I was being treated well and not overcharged. He's a very kind man. I will be contacting him in the future for regular services on my furnace. I wish there were more businesses like his.

  I don’t even know where to begin. Robert was an absolute life saver for me. I woke up this morning to a 50° house when it was single digits outside and no working heat/hot water. When Dead River and AD&G told me they wouldn’t help me because I didn’t purchase oil from them, I was told to reach out to whoever does deliver my oil (CN Brown and they’ve been amazing too). CN Brown doesn’t do service work but they recommended Robert for my needs. I called and left my number and within 30min he was on the phone with me. He was sick as a dog and couldn’t make it out but he still took the time to talk me through what was going on and I was able to self diagnose and repair my furnace myself! He by no means needed to guide me through this diagnosis/repair and could have easily pointed me to some local businesses (which he also did just in case). Robert, if you see this, THANK YOU! It’s been a rough 12 months and your kindness and willingness to help me out not only saved me time and money, but restored my faith that there are amazing people and businesses out there.

  I wasn't in the market for furnace or boiler help, but I did find myself broken down right near their location and unsure what to do. I'd jacked my car up and removed the lugnuts from a flat tire, but was unable to remove the wheel from the car despite pulling on it, jiggling it around, etc. I'm assuming it was Robert himself that came out and asked if I was okay and needed anything; after a moment of him looking at the tire, he was able to come up with a way to remove it from the car. On top of this, he finished changing the tire for me. I'm very appreciative and would definitely recommend this company for work as they're honest and great problem solvers.
