  Have brand new unit installed two years ago have had to have the service guys out here I can't even count how many times and last time they put a compressor in, sent two guys one done all the work and the other one stood around and talked to him and then they charged me $1,200 for labor parts were under warranty I don't think Jack s*** of Robertson heating and Air

  Hey Mr. Garriss, I apologize at your frustration. I talked to you a few days ago on the phone regarding this bill. According to my records, we installed your unit in 2019. We warranty our labor on new installs for one year, and service work for thirty days. Our records indicate that we have been out there twice since the install. Once to replace your capacitor in 2021, the capacitor of course was no charge for the part because it fell under your warranty. In 2022 we replaced your compressor (which also was under warranty). Unfortunately, the labor was not covered. However, when you called and told me your concerns, I immediately reduced your bill to from its original price to a discount for the helper and removed the diagnostic fee. You were not charged for the compressor. Most of your bill is from recharging your refrigerant, which is unfortunately not covered under warranty. With that said, I am willing to completely remove the cost of the additional technician, so that would reflect only one tech servicing your unit per your complaint. It is our priority at Roberson's Heating & Air to ensure our customer's happiness. I called you upon reading this so we could discuss adjusting your bill.   This business is the real deal. The repairman (I believe his name is Cody) was apparently a very professional ac man. I would give them 6 stars if possible

  They was the best took care of me at last minute of me walking in the office on a busy day looked up part got it in BOOM and there I have AIR again ,definitely locked in for life
