  They did very excellent job and they was so kind and and they are very friendly with my grandson and I also I appreciate everything they did today I will definitely recommend Rob's heating and cooling to my friends and family because they are amazing people . I couldn't ask for for anything better🙂

  I have used Rob on multiple occasions and have referred multiple friends to him. The response is always timely, and I've never had a problem with the work. Earlier this year, I used Rob to install a replacement HVAC zone for our main floor. The installed cost of the 96% efficient system was literally half the cost quoted by another vendor for a comparable York system. Recently I texted Rob on Christmas day about a failure of the 24 year old upstairs furnace. Rob was on site to diagnose the cracked heat exchanger at 8am the next day. (I knew that was probable given the symptoms and age.). Two days later my brand new furnace was installed! Rob should be a first call unless you like over-paying.

  Rob came out to check our non-functioning A/C today. After about an hour Rob got flustered because he couldn’t figure it out, so he just left. Took our A/C capacitor with him, so when the next company came to clean up Rob’s mess, sparks were literally flying at the ac unit. Rob ranks up there as the least professional person I have dealt with (not to mention incompetent). Other guys had AC running in less than an hour. Don’t know if Rob was just having an off day, or this is typical; In any case I would avoid this company.
