  Another great service call from RMS. Dispatchers Jessica and Sam are always so friendly and professional, The techs I usually see, Rich and Craig, are easy to deal with. Nice guys. They always get my SUBWAY equipment back up and running quickly and efficiently. I feel I get added value by the tips they share on how to reduce my repair bills and extend the life of older equipment. Nice to feel respected and valued as a customer! That hasn’t always been the case with some of my past service providers. Thank you RMS!

  Kevin Y. came out to fix our dish machine and was able to resolve the issue quickly and in one visit. These guys are always professional and get thing fixed properly and in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
