RMP Heating & Air replaced an HVAC unit at our home in Grayton Beach in February and now in August it has a freon leak. We’ve called repetitively for them to come repair it and they will not return calls. It all should be under warranty but we’re going to have to call someone else and pay service fee because they evidently will not stand behind their work. The initial install seemed to be fine but this situation is disappointing.
