This is not a shop for service techs or installers. The gm does not give vacations or raises. But he doesnt mind taking a bunch of them. Mr.Purdue has zero involvement in the company unless something is way out of hand. Always makes the worst possible decision first. The two salesman from oak park are hacks. The one cant sell anything but five ton rtus ,and the other ones jobs are always screwed up. The office micro managers are the worst. They all hate each other. This is the most dysfunctional shop in all of reedy industries. Good techs ,tinners,and fitters. But they treat you like garbage, andwonder why nobody stays. The customer is always last. 300% markups,and dont count on them for getting to you when you need help. If your not a priority customer. You will wait for service. So you better be spending money consistently or the gm will not help you. Call general or Southwesttown there good shop's. RMC/WESTTOWN IS THE WORST COMPANY IN THE ENTIRE MIDWEST.

Since you wrote this review, we've put a new General Manager in place and we've expanded our team because of growth.
