I have had my home warranty for almost 15 yrs. I usually end up requiring some sort of HVAC service each year. I also experienced a different service company each year. Rivers Reliable Services was dependable, went above and beyond to not only resolve my issue they spent hours determining why parts continually went bad and fixed that as well. I had a fellow come day before.  Different company. He said everything fine.  At 47 degrees during night was not fine.  Henry came and fixed problem immediately!  Very professional and got the job done quickly.  I would strongly recommend him, Henry at Rivers Reliable Services, to anyone. I tested my heat to get ready for winter and found that it was blowing out cold air.  I called Rivers Reliable Services because they did some work for a friend of mine and he recommended them to me.  They were able to schedule me for the next day and showed up promptly at 9 am as requested.  The technicians that came out were very friendly and polite.

I had a programmable thermostat and asked them to install that as well.  After installing it, the technician helped me set up the app on my phone to control it remotely.  This was something I didn't even know I could do, but he guided me step by step and made sure that I understood and said to call anytime if I had issues.

They were in and out in under two hours which surprised me.  I now know that I am prepared for anything that winter tries to throw at me.  Thank you Rivers Reliable Services!  I will definitely call you back for any future needs and will recommend you to anyone.

I called about a heating problem on Fri afternoon, and thankfully, Mo showed up first thing Saturday morning to diagnose the problem. He was able to pick up the part Monday morning and had my heat working before noon!  How refreshing to find and receive reliable, professional service! In reading some of the reviews (which I should have done before wasting time with this bunch) I got the same runaround and lies that other former customers in these reviews got. My home warranty company uses them for HVAC service. This company scheduled an appointment but then never showed up, never called to reschedule, and never answered their telephone when I tried to follow up with them. Then, they lied to my home warranty company by saying they had tried to call me...but of course my phone shows all incoming calls taken or missed and they certainly had not. This is an unprofessional company. If the quality of their HVAC work is anything like the quality of their office\scheduling work, beware!

I came home to discover my heat was blowing out cold air. I contacted rivers reliable and was scheduled for the next day. Mo, my service provider, had once already been to my house to service my ac and to no surprise it was the same, respectable and honest work. He knew exactly what the problem was and was quick to troubleshoot and fix my heat! I will be a forever customer to rivers reliable.

Motor went out in my heating system. Mo came out assessed the situation. He is very professional, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I had to wait a couple days for a motor, but Mo came out, had the new motor in and it took him a maximum of 20 mins. He was hear to do a job, and he exceeded the expectations. I called Rivers Reliable Services a few months ago when I needed a new HVAC system installed. They came highly recommended by a friend. Rivers arrived on time and we’re able to complete the job quickly. They cleaned as they went along and were responsive to my questions. Their representative was courteous and thanked me for my business when the job was completed. I would not hesitate to call them again and highly recommend their company.

My Home Warranty assigned Rivers Reliable to repair my heater early November. I was able to promptly schedule my first visit, they arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said they would back in a few days with the part. After a week I’d not heard back. When I called, they said part was not in yet. Another week goes by, they say the part is under warranty with my Home Warranty folks- which is strange- haven’t had this replaced before.
I follow up with my home warranty people and they have had no contact with Rivers Reliable and no request for the part. They try multiple times to get in touch with RR and are not able to contact them to approve the work.
Weeks later and still my heater is not working. RR will not answer my calls or those from my Home Warranty.
BEWARE- if you are assigned this repair shop— Request someone else.
I have used my Home Warranty for 5 years and never had an issue.

We strive for all 5 star reviews. Customer service is our number one priority. We did explain that per your home warranty company your job was transferred back to the previous company because the part was under warranty by them. I apologize you are unsatisfied with how this claim process turned out. We will use this as a tool/lesson to enhance our customer service to perfection. Thanks for the review.
