We had Ron Carpenter in for washer repair and he told my wife that it may be a factory warranty issue and charged $100 for a service call. My wife was upset and wrote a bad review. Ron called and left a message apologizing. . Another tech from a different company came and fixed it. Several days later we received a sincere letter from Ron again apologizing along with a check to refund the $100. My wife said she MIGHT edit her review. I couldn’t take that chance. Ron and River City Mechanical have redeemed themselves in my book and I needed to set the record straight! Kudos!
