  I received a text message at 8am asking if I was home. I did not see the text considering my phone is not strapped to my pillow while I’m sleeping. I was expecting him to arrive at 9am based on our previous conversation so I set my alarm accordingly. When my alarm sounds I look at my phone and see that my work order has been canceled and I need to reschedule. I know it’s good business practice to make the customer is home prior to arriving, however a text message is not professional and at least an attempted phone call would have been a good idea before you decide to cancel a work order. I left 1 star because there is not an option to leave 0 stars, otherwise this review would be more accurate as this company deserves 0 stars.

  We apologize for this poor review. We show our customers the utmost respect and do our best to work with every customer we have. Unfortunately, we haven't spoken to you since last week when you cancelled your work order because the grass needed to be mowed. We attempted to call and sent text messages. Being that you are located an hour away we were not able to come without confirmation. When you called me I was going to talk to you about how we could figure out a way to come out today. You were rude and threatening without once giving us a chance to even speak. We treat our customers with the upmost respect and expect our customers to treat us with the same level of respect. We appreciate any and all business but we still highly value respect and to us that is more important than money.

  I had an oven/microwave fail and replaced as part of my home warranty. River City Appliance Co was hired to install my new appliance. The technicians were professional and personable. They completed the install quickly and correctly. I would definitely hire again.

  I wish I could give zero stars for this company. Broke two appointments with me and then when I try to reschedule they do not respond. Very irresponsible for a business. I would highly recommend that you do not use them. Totally irresponsible For them to leave a customer hanging when they are air-conditioning is not working. Spent a week and a half waiting for them in which I could’ve been trying to get someone else to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
