The whole process I went through with Right Now Air was pleasant, efficient and responsive. The process started with the consultation with Hans and deciding on replacing my heating and AC system, to scheduling with Hilary and lastly with the installation conducted by Ricky and the team. Every step of the process was handled patiently and professionally. The thing that stood out to me the most is the professionalism and impeccable work done by the installation guys. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and spotless. Throughout the process, they took the time to explain every question I had. I'm extremely happy with Right Now Air and I'm so happy to have reached out to them for such an investment that will last for a long time to come. I'm actually not one to post review but I felt compelled to acknowledge the great job they did.

We noticed our heater wasn't working right. Made a call to Right Now Air over the weekend. I didn't expect a call back until Monday and was super surprised when I got a call back, but that she said they had a tech available and he could be out that afternoon! Leland showed up on time and was very professional and nice! Within a few minutes of looking at the heater, he made a small adjustment to some wiring and the heater was back up and running! So thankful we didn't have to go the whole weekend without heat!!

Wyatt was just here and he did a routine check on our heater and filter change. He was thoroughly professional and friendly. Job was completed in 30 minutes. We are most grateful for the service provided by the Right Now Air team. Thank you.
