Updated March 2022 Excellent work done by a great team! Tim came to my home and quoted a new system, return air, new air run and a mini-split. The price was reasonable. The team that came out to do the work was excellent, they were considerate and did great work. January 2022 - I'm impressed. I called their main number and was able to talk with someone and quickly schedule a visit. Josh came out and did some excellent work. He quickly figured out the issue and had me up and running immediately. He also made recommendations to prevent future issues. Good work. Fast service. Reasonable prices.

We were very impressed with the company, especially Darren, our technician. He fixed the problem quickly and the prices were extremely reasonable. We will use Ridge Valley Heat & Air for all our future needs. Highly recommend!

First statement out of techs mouth was your unit was built 1994....your blower motor quit..parts not available...your only choice is to have a new air handler installed or a new furnace.....called another company they showed up with parts on the truck and replaced the blower motor in 30 minutes. I will never waste my time calling Ridge Valley again....very very dishonest....in reply to managers response below...I had two conversations with tech regarding parts...he said manufacturer parts were back ordered for 1 month.. I clarified with him that my only options were a new air handler or furnace...he did not stutter he said yes....so either tech is dishonest or incompetent or both...
Response from the owner
Loyd, Your statement is incorrect. According to our dispatch software, the tech states "Blower motor failed. Belly band bolts are seized so unable to replace motor. Quoted customer new blower housing, belly band, and motor. Air handler is from 1996 so recommend replacing unit." We did carry the replacement motor on our truck but the tech had trouble disassembling everything due to its age. It sounds like he provided same-day Saturday service, made the attempt to repair your unit, ordered the replacement parts, and you found someone to patch it after we left. When we called you with a repair quote using new parts, you cancelled the repair. I'm glad you found a service company that was able to meet your needs, even if we weren't able to at the time.
