  I was looking for a new commercial refrigeration company as my regular service person is simply unreliable due to demand. I used Rick's before and attempted to try them again and obtain a new company for continual use in the future and they asked who I currently use. When the owner of Rick's found out who, I was told to use him, they didn't want my business. Obviously bad jealousy and it's sad they could have had a new steady customer, but chose to refuse service. Very unprofessional.

  Our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year. We called Rick's and they said their technician was very busy, but they would send him when he had finished his other repairs. Sooner than expected he arrived and fixed our furnace. The poor guy was frozen, but succeeded in getting us heat. He was a savior. So, you can see why not only would I call Rick's Refrigeration for any job I need done, but I highly recommend them to everyone.
